Help Shopify store owners take control of their chargebacks, and get paid for every store you bring.
Predispute is a Shopify app built by payments professionals. It shows store owners their real chargeback rate, tells them which disputes are worth fighting and why, and prepares the response for the ones that are. It's free to install, with flat-priced paid plans and no cut of what merchants recover.
We're looking for a partner manager who can put Predispute in front of Shopify store owners through agencies, consultants, ecommerce creators, newsletters and communities, and keep those partners active. We target stores doing roughly $2M-$35M a year that handle chargebacks themselves, not enterprise brands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Find and recruit partners who already reach Shopify merchants
- Share our kit with them: ad images, a video, articles and approved claims
- Keep partners posting and introducing stores
- Send a short weekly update
HOW YOU GET PAID
- $150 a month base
- $25 for every qualifying store: a store you registered with us that installs Predispute, connects its data and is still installed 14 days later
- $50 bonus for each partner you recruit, once their first store qualifies
- Stores and partners registered to you are credited to you for 60 days, even if we contact them directly
- Paid monthly in arrears through Freelancer milestones, for everything that qualified the previous month
- Partners you recruit earn 20% recurring on paid plans through our partner program at predispute.co/partners
- Performance pay capped at $1,500 for the first 60 days
START WITH A PAID TEST
$50 for 2 weeks: register 20 real Shopify stores that receive chargebacks, and introduce Predispute to them. Every qualifying store on top of that pays $25.
Please keep it clean: no fake installs, no paid or incentivised reviews, and no AI-invented contacts. Shopify can remove apps for that, and it isn't paid.
