I need a Quality Engineer who can sit beside me a few hours each week in Tampa and help validate our finance-sector web applications. You will split your time between hands-on manual exploration—walking through new features, drafting edge-case scenarios, logging defects—and building lightweight automated checks so we do not repeat the same regression work sprint after sprint.

Because most day-to-day conversation happens in Telugu, and key requirements come from stakeholders in Hyderabad, I am specifically seeking an Indian engineer who speaks Telugu fluently. Local presence in Tampa is essential; remote or out-of-country arrangements will not work for this role.

The ideal collaborator already knows Selenium (or a comparable WebDriver framework) and feels comfortable wiring tests into any CI pipeline we agree on. Jira is our single source of truth for stories and bug tracking, so familiarity there will save onboarding time. A master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred but not strictly mandatory—solid reasoning and clean test design matter more.

Deliverables I expect each sprint
• Clearly written manual test cases for the current feature set
• A small suite of new or updated Selenium scripts covering critical paths
• A defect log in Jira with reproducible steps, screenshots, and severity tags
• A concise summary report outlining coverage achieved and outstanding risks

If you live in Tampa, speak Telugu, and can commit to consistent part-time hours, let’s make our releases safer together.
