Part-Time Talent Agency Support

I run a boutique agency that books actors, models, influencers, musicians, and speakers, and I need steady, part-time backup so I can stay focused on pitching and closing deals.

Day-to-day, you will
• source fresh talent, reach out, and keep initial conversations moving;
• monitor the shared inbox, calendar, and booking system so every audition, fitting, or sound-check is confirmed and conflicts are flagged early;
• keep each artist’s profile, résumé, and release paperwork up-to-date, ready to submit at a moment’s notice.

The current stack is simple—email with color-coded folders, Google Sheets rosters, a lightweight booking platform, and shared calendar/cloud folders—so you should be comfortable jumping between these without missing a beat.

Deliverables I expect each week
1. A cleaned and expanded talent spreadsheet with new prospects noted.
2. An updated booking calendar with any changes clearly highlighted.
3. A folder of refreshed profiles and signed documents for every active job.
