I need reliable cover for 15-20 inbound calls a day that come through our small MSP help-line. Every call is a technical support request, limited to network-related issues such as “my Wi-Fi dropped” or “the router’s lights are red.” I only expect basic troubleshooting—verifying connections, guiding the user through a reboot, checking whether a known outage is in place—and, when the quick fixes don’t work, booking the caller into our ticketing calendar for a remote or on-site session.
You will:
• Answer during my published service window (Mon–Fri, 9 AM-1 PM EST).
• Follow the provided call-flow script, log the interaction in Freshdesk, and assign a priority tag.
• Schedule the next step in Google Calendar with the correct engineer and time slot.
Performance is accepted when: each call is picked up within three rings, notes are complete, and appointments land in the right calendar within five minutes of hanging up. I supply the VoIP soft-phone, script, and escalation cheatsheet; you bring a quiet workspace, a friendly voice, and solid grasp of everyday networking terms.
Looking forward to keeping our queue clear together.
