Part-Time Home PC Troubleshooter

My desktop computer is acting up and I need a reliable pair of hands to get it healthy again. It refuses to power on cleanly, crawls when it finally does start, and crashes at random. The job is strictly hardware-focused: no software tweaks or network work—just solid diagnostics and repair of the physical components.

Here’s what I expect:
• Identify the root cause of the power-on failure, sluggish performance, and frequent crashes.
• Propose and, if approved, install any replacement parts.
• Prove the fix with a clean boot, stable runtime, and basic stress test.
• Summarize the work in a short report so I have a record of what was done and any future maintenance tips.

I’m looking for someone who can schedule occasional on-site sessions during the week (hence the part-time nature) and keep me informed at each step.
