Part-Time Facilities Recruiters Needed(bangalore)

I run a facilities-management outfit in Bangalore and I’m looking for a part-time recruiter who can own the entire hiring cycle while also arranging accommodation for incoming staff.

Here’s what the role looks like day to day:
• Source and screen recruiter-level talent (my immediate focus) and, as new positions open, you may branch into technical, administrative or housekeeping profiles.
• Conduct structured interviews, prepare concise feedback, and keep both candidates and hiring managers in the loop.
• Coordinate temporary or long-term accommodation for selected hires so their onboarding is friction-free.
• Perform thorough background checks and hand me clear pass/fail summaries.

Because the work sits squarely inside facilities management, I need someone who has already hired in this space and understands its pace and compliance quirks. All activity is for our Bangalore locations, so local market insight and an existing vendor network will be invaluable.
