Parent Feedback Form Collection

I need a part-time intern for one week in Vasind, Thane, to go out and physically collect parent feedback forms. Your job is straightforward: meet parents, explain our short survey, and return with completed, valid forms.

You will do this only in person—no calls or links—so you must be comfortable approaching people and visiting the following:

• Schools in Vasind and nearby areas
• Local community events and parent gatherings
• Education fairs and other school-related events

Compensation is performance-based. The first 15 verified forms earn a fixed ₹1,200. Every form after that is paid individually, and I expect at least 30 valid forms by the end of the week; you can bring in up to 120 if you’re motivated.

Share the number of forms filled through a mobile phone/tab along with photos clicked with Parents each evening or a single, well-organized batch at week’s end, clearly labeled and legible.
