Paper Text Data Entry

I have a collection of paper documents that combine printed paragraphs with handwritten notes and annotations. I need every word transferred accurately into an editable digital file (Word or plain text). No numbers, tables, or calculations—just faithful transcription of the text exactly as it appears on the page.

The pages are already scanned to high-resolution PDFs; if any are hard to read, I can rescan or photograph them. Legibility varies, so a careful eye and patience with handwriting are essential. I will perform random spot-checks, so please aim for complete accuracy and consistent spelling.

Deliverables
• One .docx or .txt file containing the entire transcription in the original page order.
• Simple page markers or separators so I can trace any line back to its source page.
• Work returned by the agreed deadline, error-free and ready for immediate use.

Acceptance criteria: every character from the source appears in the digital file, page references are present, and the document opens without formatting issues.
