Paper Docs Digitized Accurately

I have a collection of physical documents that need to be keyed into a digital file. The text inside each page is already broken down into neat bullet-point lines, so the job is mostly straight data entry rather than copy-editing. A portion of the pages include handwritten annotations in the margins; these notes must be captured just as faithfully as the printed text, so an eye for legibility and context is essential.

You are free to use Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, or a similar spreadsheet/database environment—whatever lets you preserve the bullet-point structure clearly. Please keep each page’s content together, line for line, and flag any words you cannot decipher so I can review them later.

Deliverables:
• A single spreadsheet (or CSV) containing every bullet point from every page
• A column that labels which pages held handwritten text, with those notes transcribed in full
• A brief log of any illegible or ambiguous entries

The work is complete when the spreadsheet matches the source pages one-to-one and all handwritten notes are represented or clearly flagged.
