Paper Data Entry & Formatting

I have a stack of paper sheets laid out in clear columns and rows. Each cell holds a mix of short text labels and numeric values. I need every bit of that information keyed into a spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets is fine) so the digital file mirrors the paper layout exactly.

Once the data is in place, apply clean, consistent formatting. Headings should be bold, column widths adjusted for readability, numbers shown with the right decimal or currency format, and long text wrapped so nothing is hidden. Add an auto-filter to the header row and freeze it for easy scrolling.

Deliverables
• One fully populated spreadsheet that matches the source pages row-for-row and column-for-column
• Formatting applied as described above
• A quick check-sheet or comment noting any unreadable items or discrepancies spotted during entry

Accuracy is key, so a brief pass to verify totals or obvious inconsistencies will be appreciated before handing the file back.
