I need an HR professional who is already based in Pakistan to help me fill a specialised policy analysis position that focuses on social policy. Your core mission will be to take the brief I provide, craft an appealing job post, broadcast it through the right local channels, then screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews until we sign off on the final hire.
