Overnight PowerPoint Formatting Perfection

I will send you the latest version of my deck late this evening (around 10 pm). The wording, colors, and general look are already locked in, but the slides still suffer from inconsistent layouts, cramped spacing, overlapping or cut-off text, and the occasional misaligned chart or image. By the time I open the file the next morning, I need every slide to feel perfectly balanced and presentation-ready in PowerPoint for Mac.

This project involves only 4 slides, and I will send them one by one as I finalize each. You must be ready to fix each slide immediately upon receiving it and continue working on the rest as they come in.

Please keep the existing design scheme; if you spot a small format tweak that would noticeably polish the deck, make the change and leave a brief comment so I can see why you adjusted it.

Deliverables in the morning - 9 am:
• A clean .pptx file with consistent layouts, spacing, and alignment across every slide
• A short note (inside the file or separate) listing any design improvements you introduced

Acceptance:
– No text overflowing or clipped
– Uniform margins and grid alignment across all slides
– Images, charts, and text boxes snapped cleanly to guides
– File opens flawlessly in PowerPoint for Mac without missing fonts or warnings
