My social channels, website chat, and community forum stay active long after my daytime team signs off, so I need steady eyes on every incoming message throughout the night. The mission is straightforward: watch each stream, spot customer-support questions, follow the flow of community discussions, and catch spam or any inappropriate content the moment it appears.

Only monitoring and reporting are required—no direct replies or engagement with users. A concise log that highlights issues, timestamps, user handles, and links to the flagged posts will be enough for my morning staff to pick up.

Shift runs roughly 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. in my time zone (please include your own zone in any proposal so I can confirm overlap). Reliable connectivity, quick judgment, and an eye for community guidelines are essential; tools like Hootsuite, Zendesk, or native admin dashboards are fine so long as everything gets captured accurately.
