My days fill quickly with client calls, internal check-ins, and deadlines, so a streamlined booking system is critical. The entire workflow lives in Microsoft Outlook, and that is where you will take charge.

Your assignment is to:
• Keep my Outlook calendar conflict-free and accurately colour-coded.
• Propose, confirm, and adjust meeting times as requests arrive, always notifying participants.
• Dispatch clear invitation emails and follow-ups directly from Outlook.
• Provide a concise end-of-day recap of meetings added, moved, or cancelled.

Outlook’s desktop and web interfaces, shared calendars, categories, and built-in polls must feel second nature to you. Occasional coordination through Teams may pop up, but the heart of the job is Outlook scheduling.

Please attach a detailed project proposal that outlines your scheduling method, typical response times, and any automations or rules you would implement. If you’d like to weave in examples from past work, feel free—just make sure the proposal itself stays front and centre, as that will guide my decision.

We’ll start with a one-week trial and expand from there once the process is running smoothly. Looking forward to a calendar that finally runs itself!
