Outdoor Wayfinding Map Design

I need a detailed wayfinding map for an townhouse complez. The map should clearly illustrate:

- Buildings
- Paths and roads
- Nearby Park
- Adjacent Streets

For each compelx, please include:
- Entrances
- Lifts
- Townhouse unit numbers in bloxms

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in cartography and map design
- Experience with outdoor wayfinding systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to create clear, visually appealing layouts

Existing sketch/layout of complex exists. And I have an example map of what kind of style im looking for.
