You’ll be calling from a cloud dialer that links straight into our CRM, following a concise script that highlights our competitive rates, flexible terms, and quick approval process.

There are no formal qualifications or minimum years of experience you must show me; what matters is a clear voice, persuasive communication, and the stamina to keep conversations friendly yet goal-oriented. Familiarity with basic telesales tools—headset, stable internet connection, and a browser-based dialer—is all you need to get started.

I will supply:
• A target list of warm numbers
• A script with key talking points and compliance notes
• CRM access for logging every call outcome

You will deliver:
• Daily call logs inside the CRM
• A short end-of-day summary noting total dials, connects, and qualified leads
• Immediate flagging of hot prospects so my in-house loan officers can follow up the same day
