Organize & Upload AI Project Files

I have a set of online resources—mainly text-based assets such as PDF, DOC and HTML documents, together with XML and JSON data—that must be downloaded one-by-one, tagged, and placed into a clean folder hierarchy before being uploaded to the Google Drive link I will share. Accuracy matters more than speed; every file must land in the right category and be named consistently so my small AI project can parse them later without hiccups.

Here is what success looks like for me:
• Each PDF, DOC and HTML file is downloaded and renamed following the convention I provide.
• XML and JSON files are stored in their own clearly labelled sub-folders.
• A brief index (CSV or TXT) is generated showing file name, original URL and final Drive path so I can audit the work quickly.
• Everything is uploaded to the designated Google Drive location, preserving the folder structure.

If you already handle meticulous data curation of mixed file types, send a portfolio link or short case study demonstrating similar download-organise-upload tasks. I will only review proposals that include this evidence of prior work.
