We are looking for a freelancer to build and grow Gradschemer’s TikTok and Instagram presence from scratch organically.
Gradschemer is a UK graduate careers platform that helps students improve their chances of passing CV screening, ATS filters and graduate interviews.
We currently have little to no organic social presence, so we need someone who can take ownership of the accounts, create the content strategy and test different formats to find what performs.
The main goal is to drive:
Organic reach and impressions
Website visits
User registrations
Paid subscription growth
We are looking for someone who understands TikTok and Instagram virality, strong hooks, retention and Gen Z content.
Content ideas could include:
“Want a quick check on whether your CV will pass the first round?”
“3 reasons your CV may be getting rejected”
“Practise your graduate interview before the real thing”
Mock interview content showing how users can practise and receive feedback
Graduate schemes currently open or closing soon
Relatable content about graduate applications, rejections and interviews
Gradschemer product demonstrations
We want content to feel native to TikTok and Instagram rather than like corporate career advertising.
We would ideally like around 5–7 short-form videos per week, with content adapted across TikTok and Instagram where appropriate.
We would initially like to work together for a 4-week test period and then continue longer term if we see strong results, this role will require you to work independently.
