Remote Recruitment is hiring an Order Processing Administrator for a UK employer, fully remote from South Africa.
Role overview
You will take orders from arrival to despatch: entering them accurately, allocating stock, confirming dates and telling customers early when something will be late. It suits someone quick, accurate and comfortable with volume.
You will work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST) from home, with equipment guidance, a proper induction and a manager who is contactable through the day. This is a permanent role, not a short contract.
Key responsibilities
Enter customer orders accurately into the ERP or order system
Allocate stock and confirm delivery dates
Resolve pricing, quantity and address discrepancies before despatch
Coordinate with warehouse and courier teams on despatch
Proactively update customers on delays or part shipments
Maintain clean order records and process returns
What you'll need
Experience in order processing, sales administration or data entry
Familiarity with an ERP or order system such as SAP, NetSuite, Sage or Unleashed
Fast, accurate keyboard work with a low error rate
Clear written English for customer confirmations
Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work
Nice to have
Exposure to e-commerce or wholesale order flows
Experience with courier booking portals
Familiarity with stock and inventory basics
What's on offer
A permanent, fully remote role with clear daily targets, a supportive supervisor and steady, predictable work. Strong administrators move into sales support or inventory roles.
Remote Recruitment connects South African talent with UK employers. We reply to every application.
