I have a run of modular cabinets to put through the shop and need a clean, production-ready cut list built around the way we work. All boxes are being fabricated from 18 mm plywood, processed on our panel saw, laminated in the cold press, edged on a single-sided edgebander, then drilled on a two-head multi-boring machine.

You will take the cabinet dimensions I provide and translate them into a fully optimised sheet yield, complete with part names, finished sizes, grain direction, edging indications, and drilling references so every station knows exactly what to do next. Optimisation should target standard 2440 × 1220 mm boards and minimise off-cuts.

Deliverables
• Excel (or CSV) cut list with quantities, sizes, edging sides, and drill notes
• Nesting layout/PDF for the panel-saw operator
• Material summary with total sheet count and percentage waste
• Optional: optimisation file compatible with CutList Plus, Optimik, or similar

I’ll sign off once the figures import cleanly, the layouts flow through our panel saw software without conflicts, and the edging/drilling notes match the shop drawings.
