Optimize Windows 11 & Recover Contacts

My brand-new Windows 11 laptop feels anything but new: apps lag for four to five seconds, PDFs crawl open, and after an Outlook hack my contacts file has vanished. I need a remote session as soon as you are available to clean up the machine, run a full malware/virus sweep, and tune every performance setting so programs launch instantly.

The immediate priority is speed and security hardening. Once the system is snappy and confirmed clean, we can dig into Outlook’s data stores or backups to restore the missing contacts if possible.

Deliverables
• Complete malware and rootkit scan with report of findings
• System optimisation: startup items, background services, driver or Windows update issues resolved, plus before-and-after boot and launch times
• Outlook contact recovery attempt with clear outcome notes (restored file or explanation of why it is unrecoverable)
• Brief checklist of the changes made so I can keep the machine healthy going forward

Please be comfortable working over a secure remote-desktop session and able to begin today.
