Optimize Multi-Vendor Office WiFi

I run an office network that serves roughly 250 daily users through a patchwork of Cisco, D-Link and TP-Link “Quantum” access points backed by Gigabit switches. During peak hours everyone—from desktop workstations to laptops and mobile phones—sees severe slow-down even though the backbone tests clean outside those windows.
I need a wireless and LAN specialist who already knows the quirks of these three vendors to:
• trace the real cause of the slow speeds (channel overlap, airtime fairness, rogue APs, cabling, controller mis-tuning, firmware, etc.);
• tune or redesign the current configuration so that throughput remains stable during the busiest periods;
• document every change and leave me with a rollback file and a short performance report.
There are well over ten access points spread across two floors, all on separate VLANs, so you must be comfortable pulling diagnostics from each platform and correlating them. Remote work is fine as long as you guide my onsite IT tech for any physical checks you need (loop tests, spectrum snapshots, cable swaps).
I’ll sign off once we can reproduce sustained, congestion-free speeds across the three device classes during a real peak window and your report shows before/after metrics.
