Optimize Construction Schedule with AHP

I’m at the Monitoring-and-Control stage of a live construction job and need a sharp AHP-driven lens on the schedule. The usual CPM, PERT, or plain Gantt views give me progress snapshots, but they don’t help me decide—objectively—which activities deserve priority when resources tighten or site conditions shift.
Here’s what I need from you: build an Analytic Hierarchy Process model that ranks our remaining tasks against the criteria we care about most (cost impact, time savings, resource availability, safety risk, and any others you recommend after a quick discovery call). I’ll feed you our current schedule data and field updates; you return a clear decision matrix, the calculated weights, and the resulting activity priorities. A concise explanation of the judgments and sensitivity analysis must accompany the numbers so I can justify the calls in weekly progress meetings.
If you like working in Excel, Expert Choice, SuperDecisions, Python, or another transparent tool, that’s fine—just ensure the model remains editable on my end. Once the framework is in place, a short guide on how to refresh it with new performance data will round out the hand-off.
Deliverables
• Editable AHP model with criteria weights and activity ranking
• Sensitivity/consistency report
• Step-by-step update guide (max 2 pages)
I’m ready to start straight away and will be available for quick feedback loops so we can lock this down fast.
