I am looking to have a single Google Sheet that lets my company run day-to-day operations without jumping between multiple files. The sheet should give us dedicated areas for inventory tracking, employee scheduling, and sales / revenue reporting, then pull everything into a clean summary dashboard so we can spot issues or trends at a glance.

Here is what I have in mind:
• Separate, well-labeled tabs for Inventory, Scheduling, Sales, and an executive Dashboard.
• Built-in formulas, data validation, dynamic charts, and pivot tables that update automatically as we add new rows.
• Conditional formatting or simple Apps Script triggers (email or cell-colour alerts are fine) whenever stock dips below reorder levels, shifts overlap, or sales targets are missed.
• Drop-down selections and protected ranges to keep data entry consistent—no existing data needs importing; we will start fresh.
• Clear documentation inside the sheet (comments or a brief “Read Me” tab) so my team can maintain it after hand-off.

The final deliverable is a fully functional Google Sheet shared to my workspace with edit rights for my team and view-only for management. Please let me know any questions about workflow, preferred formulas, or layout ideas so we can lock the structure before you begin building.
