OpenCart Design Adjustments Needed

I run an existing OpenCart store and I need a developer-designer who can refine the overall look and layout. The brief is entirely visual: tidy up templates, improve spacing and typography, adjust colours and banners, and make sure every screen—desktop and mobile—feels consistent and polished. Nothing in the back-end needs touching; this is pure front-end work with HTML, CSS, Twig, and any theme files currently in place.
