Online Survey Form Data Entry -- 2

I have a batch of online survey forms that must be filled out accurately and promptly inside the web interface provided. This is 100 % online data entry—no downloads or offline work—so you’ll simply log in, follow the field-by-field instructions, and submit each record.

All content to be entered will be supplied by me; your focus is on transferring it without errors, checking spelling, and verifying that mandatory fields have been completed before hitting “submit.” Speed matters, but consistency and clean, mistake-free entries matter even more.

If you’re comfortable with form-filling platforms such as Google Forms, Typeform, or SurveyMonkey and can keep a tight turnaround schedule, you’ll be a perfect fit. I’ll start by sending a small sample set so we can confirm formatting and accuracy; once approved, you may proceed with the remaining surveys.

Deliverable: confirmation that every assigned survey form has been submitted successfully, together with a simple log (timestamp and form ID) for my tracking.
