Online Survey Data Collector

I need support running an online survey aimed at residents and businesses in Greater Manchester. The study will be delivered exclusively through SurveyMonkey, so you’ll need solid, hands-on experience with that platform—building the questionnaire, setting logic, distributing via email or social channels, and exporting clean datasets.

The instrument will rely mainly on well-structured multiple-choice items; I already have a draft list of questions and response options, but I’m happy to refine wording or flow together if you spot improvements. While I’ve ruled out telephone or in-person techniques for this phase, your understanding of best practices in digital sampling, incentive management, and GDPR-compliant data handling is essential.

Key deliverables

• Live monitoring of completes and drop-outs with weekly status updates
• Raw and cleaned CSV/XLS exports plus a brief summary of notable response patterns
