Online GST Bookkeeping With Custom Reports

I want a cloud-based bookkeeping application that lets me record income and expenses in real time and automatically handles our GST calculations. From the same dashboard I need to create clean, professional invoices in PDF, attach supporting photos or PDFs when required, and archive every file for audit purposes.

Reporting is critical. The system must let me design my own layouts as well as generate standard GST and overall business-income reports, all of which must reconcile back to the transactions and be ready for direct upload to the government portal. I also need the flexibility to tag entries by individual business units and by project so I can see profit and cost breakdowns at both of those levels.
