Online Form Contact Data Entry

I have two web-based forms: one holds master contact data and the other is the destination that must be filled out exactly as specified. Your task is to move each record from the source form to the target form, keeping every name, email, phone number, and address perfectly intact and formatted just as you find it.

Accuracy is everything here—no missing fields, no extra spaces, and certainly no typos. As soon as a batch is finished, simply mark it as complete in the tracker I will provide so we can stay in sync on progress.

You will receive:
• Direct links and login credentials for both online forms
• A brief screencast showing the preferred workflow and field-by-field expectations
• A simple checklist I use for spot-checking, which doubles as the acceptance criteria

When you return the fully populated target form and the completed checklist, the job is done. Basic computer skills, careful attention to detail, and the patience to keep formatting pristine are all that’s required.
