Online Cyber Café Website Build

I need a modern, sleek website that lets my cyber-café customers create a personal account, log in securely, buy computer-time packages and settle their bill online. The flow should feel as effortless on mobile as it does on desktop, with clear calls to action and a clean, contemporary UI.

Core functionality
• Account creation, email verification and password recovery
• Secure login/logout sessions
• Payment gateway integration (credit/debit cards and UPI preferred) that records each transaction against the user’s balance

Admin side
I want an intuitive dashboard where I can see new sign-ups, check payment history, adjust pricing packages and export basic reports.

Visual direction
Think dark-mode friendly, minimal clutter, plenty of white space and crisp typography—overall a polished, tech-forward look that projects trust and efficiency.

Tech notes
I’m flexible on the stack; use what you’re most productive with—WordPress + WooCommerce, Laravel, MERN, or a comparable solution—as long as the code is clean, well-commented and easy for another developer to extend.

Acceptance criteria
1. A new user can register, verify, log in and view their balance without errors.
2. Payments process in sandbox and live modes with clear success/fail messages.
3. Admin dashboard shows real-time user and payment data.
4. Site scores 90+ on Google Lighthouse for performance and accessibility.

Deliver the finished site on my hosting, hand over source code, and give me a brief walkthrough so I can manage everyday tasks myself.
