Ongoing Virtual Assistant for Lead Generation

I am looking for an ongoing VA - you need to speak English well and need to be okay with making some calls as well as admin work to get leads. This is NOT cold calling. We will find leads, text, call to make sure it is the right company and then send a contract for speaker contracts. I don't want a heavy accent. I am looking for 15 hours initially to learn and then if it works out, you will go to 30 hours a week. I want to do interviews over the weekend and next Monday and Tuesday. Philippines, Europe or South African decent preferred.
