Ongoing Scan-to-Word Typing

I regularly receive batches of scanned images that must be re-typed—no OCR shortcuts—into clean, fully editable Word documents. Each file has its own set of layout rules: headings follow a predefined style, numbered lists retain their sequence, tables keep their column widths, and all spacing mirrors the original scan. I will supply the scans together with a short styling guide before each milestone so you always know exactly how the finished copy should look.

Accuracy is critical. I proof every submission, so I’m looking for someone who can consistently deliver error-free text, respect the formatting notes, and return the work on time.
