Ongoing QuickBooks Entry & Reconciliation Support

I am looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper who can step in for about 22–25 hours each month (roughly 5–6 hours a week) and keep my QuickBooks file perfectly up-to-date. Your core work will involve posting every sale and expense, reconciling both bank and credit-card statements, and entering and processing biweekly payroll. Once the numbers are clean, I’ll also rely on you to export the data to Excel and prepare clear weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports that I can share with my management team.

Because the files you’ll handle contain sensitive information, I need someone who is disciplined about maintaining a tidy digital filing system and can keep source documents organized for easy reference at any time. Familiarity with QuickBooks (online or desktop) and strong Excel skills are essential.
