## AI Developer / AI Engineer – Ongoing Monthly Projects

We are looking for an experienced **AI Developer/Engineer** to work with us on an ongoing monthly basis to help design, prototype, and build AI-powered solutions.

This is not a single-project engagement. We have a growing pipeline of AI initiatives and are looking for someone who can become a long-term technical partner, working with us each month to take ideas from concept to working solutions.

### What You'll Work On

Projects will vary month to month and may include:

* Building AI agents and agentic workflows
* Developing applications using LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini
* Connecting AI to existing applications, APIs, databases, and business systems
* Building RAG/search and knowledge-based AI solutions
* Creating AI-powered automation for internal business processes
* Rapidly prototyping new AI product ideas
* Evaluating new AI models, tools, frameworks, and technologies
* Improving existing AI applications for accuracy, speed, reliability, and cost

### What We're Looking For

We want someone who is comfortable being given a business problem rather than a perfectly defined technical specification.

You should be able to help us think through the solution, recommend an approach, rapidly build a prototype, and then turn successful prototypes into production-ready solutions.

Experience with **LLMs, APIs, AI agents, RAG, Python and/or .NET, databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern AI development tools** is preferred.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is highly technical, moves quickly, experiments with new technology, and genuinely enjoys building with AI.

### Engagement

This will be an **ongoing monthly freelance engagement**. We expect to have multiple AI projects throughout the year and would like to establish a consistent relationship with someone who can dedicate capacity to us each month.
