Ongoing Airbnb Talent Sourcing

I need regular help finding and screening strong prospects for our open Co-Listing Agent role in the short-term rental space. Using LinkedIn, Indeed and relevant Airbnb community groups you will locate people who are already Airbnb hosts or co-hosts, briefly introduce our opportunity, ask a few qualifying questions and gather their résumé or profile information.

The background we want to see is hands-on hosting experience, ideally with candidates who have juggled several properties and who already navigate the Airbnb platform with ease. Once you have a qualified lead, organise their CV, the answers to your screening questions and any scheduling preferences in a shared spreadsheet so my internal team can move straight to interviews.
