One-Time Website Data Scraping

I need a clean, one-off extraction of all publicly available information from a specific website. While I haven’t finalised whether we will focus on text, images, tables or a mix of these, the goal is simple: capture everything of value in a single pass, package it neatly, and hand it over in a format that I can review and use immediately.

A lightweight Python solution built with Scrapy, BeautifulSoup, Selenium or a similar stack is ideal so I can rerun it later if the site changes. Respect for robots.txt and polite request throttling are essential; I do not want my IP blocked mid-job.

Deliverables:
• A well-commented script (Python preferred)
• The scraped dataset in CSV/JSON (plus images if included)
• A short README explaining setup, dependencies and how to run the script
