This is a one-time, standard clean of a self-contained granny flat in Merrylands, Sydney NSW. The entire space—kitchen, bathroom and open-plan living/sleeping area—needs to be refreshed in a single visit, with no deep scrubbing or specialised sanitising required.
Deliverables
• Standard cleaning of all rooms
• Dusting and wiping of surfaces and skirtings
• Vacuuming and mopping all floors
• Cleaning of appliances, benches, sinks, shower, toilet and mirror
• Rubbish removal and final wipe-down to leave the flat tidy and fresh
