I’m ready to work with a certified wellness professional who specialises in mental health and mindfulness, with a clear emphasis on stress-management techniques. My goal is to develop practical, sustainable habits that calm the nervous system and build long-term resilience, rather than relying on quick fixes.
All sessions must be one-on-one and held online at mutually convenient times. I’m comfortable with Zoom, Google Meet, or similar secure platforms, and I’d like each meeting to last around 50–60 minutes so we have space to dig into challenges and practice guided exercises in real time.
Here’s what I’m looking for you to provide:
• An initial discovery session to map out current stressors and set measurable objectives.
• A structured coaching plan—ideally eight to ten sessions—outlining weekly themes, home practice, and progress checkpoints.
• Practical tools such as breathing techniques, short guided meditations (audio or video), and simple mindfulness homework I can integrate into a busy schedule.
• Brief follow-up notes after each call summarising key takeaways and next steps.
Success for me will be noticeable reductions in day-to-day stress levels, clearer focus during work hours, and the confidence to manage pressure when it appears. If you have a background in CBT, ACT, or similar evidence-based frameworks, please mention it, as that experience will be an advantage.
When you reply, let me know your coaching philosophy, any relevant certifications, and your proposed timeline for the programme. I’m keen to begin within the next two weeks.
