I need our 15-20 second marketing videos to be produced at the press of a button. Each clip consists of three scenes—Hook, Solution, and CTA—aimed at self-directed stock trader audience.
Here’s the flow I want to end up with: I select one of the five topics with other inputs (such as number of lessons, language etc.) into an Excel or Google Sheet. n8n picks it up, asks Gemini to draft concise copy for the three scenes, then pushes that copy—along with predefined brand colours, fonts, and media assets—into Creatomate. Creatomate renders the video with subtle, board-room-ready transitions and returns a download URL and automated posting to Youtube short and FM reels. The workflow should then log the link back to the spreadsheet. Automatic lesson numbering such 1 of 30 meaning automataion will generate numbering scheme on a topic if asked to produce 30 scripts and corresponding 30 videos.
I have subscription for hosted n8n and Creatomate. You may build there or should be able to be imported in to our instance after development.
Key points
• First language is English, but the structure must allow me to switch to additional languages in the future with minimal tweaks.
• Transitions should feel polished and restrained; I’m open to your suggestion of fade, slide, or other professional touches.
• The entire process must run unattended once triggered from the spreadsheet (or an n8n webhook).
Deliverables
1. n8n workflow file (.json) and brief setup guide
2. Creatomate template(s) matched to the three-scene format
3. Gemini prompt template with variables clearly marked
4. A README explaining installation, required API keys, and how to add more languages later
5. One sample rendered video proving the pipeline works end to end
Acceptance criteria
• One-click (or one-row) execution with no manual steps after launch
• Total runtime under 2 minutes per video
• Output duration between 15 and 20 seconds, exact to the second tolerance ±1
• Clean, professional transitions and correct text placement on all scenes
If you’ve built similar n8n + Creatomate automations—or have other creative ideas to streamline this—let me know how you’d tackle it.
Process: A video call required ASAP where I will provide clarification, answer any questions. Then you will submit a mock up of the video template. Third full blown automation to fill in the fields in the template, there are 5 topics.
Do not send generic quote, send specific quote with clear understanding of what is required. Communication is key, will need daily updates before the project is delivered.
