Onboard 1,000 India based YouTube Creators

I’m rolling out a new Android video-sharing app and need help bringing the first 1,000 YouTube creators from India onto the platform. The main objective is to expand our user community quickly, so activation matters more than raw sign-ups.

Here’s what success looks like:
• Each recruited creator opens an account and uploads at least one short clip (30–90 seconds) in the app.
• A live spreadsheet tracks every channel, contact detail, and in-app clip link.
• Weekly progress notes show outreach volume, response rate, and confirmed activations.

What I’ll supply: onboarding guidelines, promo assets, in-app featuring, and other marketing support to make your pitches attractive. You’ll handle the end-to-end creator outreach—finding the right channels, persuading them to join, walking them through setup, and confirming their first post.
