I need a Zoho specialist who can spend two to three days with us in Faridabad and take our brand-new manufacturing startup live on Zoho ERP. The priority is to configure Zoho Inventory and link it seamlessly with the core ERP areas we will use from day one.
What has to be in place
• Zoho Inventory fully configured for inventory tracking, order management and warehouse management.
• Tight integration with the Manufacturing, Quality and Finance modules so that production orders, QC checks and accounting entries flow automatically.
• User roles, approval workflows and basic dashboards that show stock position, work-in-progress and cost reports in real time.
• Initial data load (items, BOMs, vendors, opening stock) and quick reference documentation for my team.
On-site expectation
Plan to be at our factory/office in Faridabad for at least two consecutive days—ideally three—to run discovery sessions, map processes and train users. After that, remote hand-holding for go-live and the first cycle close is fine.
Acceptance criteria
• All selected modules—Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality and Finance—operate end-to-end without manual work-arounds.
• A test order can be created, produced, quality-checked, shipped and invoiced while updating stock and ledger automatically.
• My core team can repeat the above without assistance.
