On-Site Server Commissioning Training

I already understand the theory behind basic server builds, yet I still need guided, hands-on practice that mirrors a real production rollout. You would join me on-site in the Delhi / NCR / Gurugram area and walk me through every step of commissioning a physical server from rack to hand-off.

We will start with hardware access tools—iDRAC, iLO, and the RAID controller—so I can confidently build and monitor arrays, mount virtual media, and perform out-of-band management. From there we will install Windows Server, apply the latest security patches, and verify firmware baselines.

Networking comes next. I want to learn how to:

• assign static IPs, gateways, and DNS
• create and tag VLANs
• configure NIC teaming / bonding across multiple switches
• trace and resolve connectivity breaks between servers, routers, and firewalls

Storage and performance tuning are equally important. Show me best practices for SAN and NAS presentation over Fibre Channel and iSCSI, then help me diagnose latency, packet loss, or path failures with the same tools you use in production.

Acceptance criteria
• I can repeat the full build by myself—documentation or run-book provided
• All connectivity tests pass (ping, traceroute, multipath, MPIO)
• Server is ready for a real production workload without outstanding alerts
