On-Site Fit-Out QS/PM Dublin

I’m starting a full office fit-out on a 6,000 sq ft floor in Dublin and need a hands-on quantity surveyor who can also steer the project day-to-day on site. From the outset you’ll take charge of cost estimation and budgeting so we can lock in a realistic financial plan, then move straight into procurement and tendering to secure the right trades and suppliers at the best value. Once contracts are in place, you will keep everything on track through tight contract administration and management, working closely with me, the architect and the main contractor.

Because the space is larger than 5,000 sq ft, I’m looking for someone comfortable controlling multiple workstreams simultaneously—services, partitions, finishes and furniture—while remaining a single point of cost truth. You’ll be based on site for key milestones, producing clear cost reports and progress updates that allow quick decisions.

Key deliverables:
• Detailed pre-contract cost plan
• Full tender package with comparative analysis and recommendations
• Administered contracts, including variations and payment certifications
• Weekly on-site progress and cost reports until practical completion
