On-Site Document Verification Sydney

We are looking for a Site Verifier to conduct an on-site verification at the address below and collect visual evidence and verification from the Issuing Authority (IA).

14 Giffnock Avenue, Macquarie Park NSW 2113, Australia

Scope of Work:

* Visit the provided address during working hours of IA
* Take 10–12 clear, geotagged photos of the location, including the building exterior, entrance, address/number, signboard/nameboard (if available), street view, surrounding area, and inside/reception area if access and photography are permitted.
* Record a short video showing the location and surrounding area.
* Provide brief observations about the site.
* Meet with the relevant representative and request completion of the provided verification form.
* The completed verification form must be signed and officially stamped by the Issuing Authority (IA).
* If the IA refuses to complete, sign, or stamp the verification form, request a written, signed/stamped refusal or other official written confirmation of the refusal.
* Clearly report whom you met and the outcome of the verification attempt.

Requirements:

* Must be living in or near Loughborough, United Kingdom.
* Must have a smartphone, tablet, or camera capable of taking good-quality geotagged photos and videos.
* Must have internet access and remain responsive during the visit in case any assistance is required.

Please review the attached site visit guidelines before conducting the visit. You are only required to provide 10–12 geotagged photos, a video, the completed signed and stamped verification form (or written refusal), and observations.
