On-going interview supporter

I need a seasoned full-stack developer to step in as my voice during project-related interviews and follow-up conversations. Facial injuries from a recent accident limit my own speaking capacity, so you will represent me on calls, lead the technical discussions I would normally run, and keep client relationships smooth and professional.

The job is steady about 6-7 hours a week for at least six months and timed for a typical EMEA workday. Confident, clear English is essential because you will be front-and-center in meetings with stakeholders, engineers, and potential partners.

Your background should include:
• 7+ years in software development with a true full-stack perspective
• Hands-on experience working within Agile environments, able to talk sprint planning, story points, CI/CD pipelines, and release cycles with ease
• Comfort balancing deep technical dives and client-facing relationship management in the same conversation

Day to day, you will:
1. Join or host scheduled video interviews and project meetings on my behalf.
2. Drive the technical agenda, clarify requirements, and answer architecture or implementation questions confidently.
3. Nurture rapport with clients, documenting decisions and next steps so nothing slips through the cracks.
4. Deliver concise written recaps to me after each call.
