A new commercial office building is moving from shell condition into full tenant fit-out and the project team now needs a complete lighting strategy—from concept sketches through to construction-ready documentation. The goal is a well-balanced scheme that supports focused work in open plan areas, sets a welcoming tone in the lobby, and meets all relevant energy codes without inflating the electrical load.

You’ll be working directly from our architectural plans (DWG/Revit) and will coordinate with the MEP consultant. Preferred tools on our side are Revit 2024, AutoCAD, AGi32 or Dialux for photometrics, and Excel for fixture schedules, so fluency with these will keep the workflow smooth.

Key deliverables
• Concept layouts with fixture intent and lighting levels
• Photometric calculations validating IES recommendations and local code compliance
• Fixture schedule specifying make, model, lamp type, wattage, CCT and control notes
• Lighting and controls plan sheets ready for the permit set (PDF + native CAD/Revit)
• A brief narrative summarising design rationale, energy targets and maintenance strategy

Acceptance criteria: average illuminance within ±10 % of the agreed targets, max/min ratios within IES guidelines, and submitted files opening error-free in our software versions.

When you reply, focus on your experience with commercial or specifically office interiors—mention at least one completed project of similar scale, the software you used, and any relevant certifications (e.g., LC, LEED, WELL).
