I need two clean, professional-looking templates for my startup: an employment offer letter and a monthly payslip. Both should carry a modern aesthetic—simple lines, balanced white space and typography that feels current without looking casual. Please build them in Microsoft Word so my team can edit the content freely in-house.
Our logo must be positioned prominently (I’ll supply PNG and SVG versions), and the overall layout should leave room for a future color scheme, even if we launch in monochrome first.
Deliverables
• Offer Letter (DOCX) with clearly marked placeholders for candidate details, role, start date, compensation, benefits and signature blocks.
• Payslip (DOCX) that includes employee details, pay period, gross pay, deductions, net pay, and space for digital signatures.
Both files should be unlocked, print-ready and easily duplicated for each new employee. A brief walkthrough or comment layer that explains where to edit fields will round it off nicely.
