Odoo Modules Customization Expert Needed

Our in-house Odoo instance needs targeted module customization so workflows match the way we actually sell, stock and book revenue. The focus is purely on tailoring three standard apps—Sales, Inventory and Accounting—without disturbing stability or the upgrade path.

Scope of work
• Sales: build several custom reports, tweak the default workflow to fit our quoting-to-invoice sequence, and polish the user interface so key data shows up in fewer clicks.
• Inventory: align stock moves with the revised Sales flow and expose real-time availability indicators on the Sales order screen.
• Accounting: ensure every custom transaction maps to the correct journals and that the new Sales documents feed cleanly into our financial statements.

Deliverables & acceptance
1. Fully installable custom modules or studio changes that pass Odoo upgrade tests.
2. Source code documented inline plus a short change log.
3. Demo database showing each new report, UI change and workflow path functioning end-to-end.
4. Handover session (screenshare) so our team can reproduce results on staging.

Please keep development within Odoo best-practice frameworks (ORM, XML views, qWeb) and avoid hacks that block future updates.
