Odoo Developer — Tutor Broadcasting & Payment Automation (WhatsApp + Razorpay)

We run an Odoo 19 Enterprise Online SAAS based tutoring management system (Odoo Studio + Python, CRM and a Master Tutor model already built). We need a developer to add two connected features:

1. Tutor Broadcasting System
When a parent submits a tuition requirement, it’s stored as a CRM lead. From that lead, a “Search Tutor” button should auto-filter our Master Tutor list by matching Location and Grade (starting with Bangalore/BLR data). We then select one or more tutors and send an approved WhatsApp template to them individually with one click, with broadcast history logged.

2. Attendance, Payment & Reminder Automation
Tutors already submit attendance via our website — this needs to sync into Odoo to track completed/remaining classes and payment-due status per student. On top of that:
• Razor Pay integration to generate payment
links/invoices/and record paid pending/overdue status back into Odoo.
• Automated WhatsApp reminders (admin alert before a payment is due, parent reminder when due/overdue), using the WhatsApp template system as the broadcasting feature

Looking for someone with solid Odoo customization experience who can deliver this as a working, tested feature on our live setup.
