Odoo 18 VPS Deployment & Customization

I’m launching an Odoo consultancy and I’m looking for an experienced Odoo Community developer for a long-term partnership who can both implement and teach me the full setup hands-on, starting with the first company. The goal is to host multiple companies under one Odoo instance and learn best practices so I can replicate the process for future clients.

Scope of work
- Set up and configure Odoo Community to host multiple companies under one instance, starting with the first company.
- Provide step-by-step teaching throughout the setup, especially for multi-company: enabling multi-company, creating the first company, setting user access across companies, and best practices for data consistency (so I can replicate it later).
- Customize Odoo as needed (any version), including new module development, POS customizations, and report customizations.
- Handle bug fixing, troubleshooting, and ongoing support after go-live.
- Perform version and database migrations when needed.
